Job Description
Director leading North American demand generation, pipeline growth, and brand positioning for VISO TRUST’s AI-native third-party risk SaaS platform. Owning regional strategy, budget, campaigns, and sales alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Own the North America marketing plan, budget, and pipeline number, reporting results directly to executive leadership
- Partner with regional Sales leadership
- Drive pipeline generation through integrated digital, field, partner, and account-based marketing programs
- Translate global messaging and product launches into regional campaigns for local buyers and industries
- Feed regional market insight and customer feedback into global marketing strategy
- Lead cross-functional planning with Shared Services, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Customer Success
- Run regional events, webinars, and customer engagement programs
- Manage agencies and vendors as needed
- Build the North America marketing function largely from the ground up and shape how it scales
Requirements:
- Experience marketing enterprise software into GRC, cybersecurity, enterprise risk, TPRM, operational resilience, or a closely adjacent market
- 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience
- Regional or field marketing experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology business
- Direct accountability for pipeline and commercial outcomes
- Strong grasp of modern B2B demand generation across digital, field, and ABM channels
- Track record partnering with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, and executive leadership on regional go-to-market strategies
- Experience using marketing technology, CRM, and analytics platforms to optimize performance
- HubSpot and Salesforce experience highly desirable
- Private equity-backed, high-growth SaaS experience is a strong plus
