Job Description

NPS Field Engagement Strategy Director responsible for building customer engagement strategies for Novartis. Collaborating with field leadership and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate Novartis Patient Support program requirements into effective NPS field associate customer engagements models
  • Lead the development and communication of field strategy, engagement and tactical plans
  • Co-own the annual NPS field business planning cycle
  • Design and execute clear and effective external stakeholder communications
  • Collect, translate, and communicate field insights to inform NPS and IPST strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus
  • 10+ years of Pharmaceutical or biotech experience in strategy, marketing, and customer engagement
  • 5+ years of developing field force tactics and deploying to field teams
  • Experience engaging external medical experts, HCPs, and office administrators
  • Demonstrated fluency in analyzing pharmaceutical data to generate insights
  • Knowledge of Patient Support Services and Access and Reimbursement data sets
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
  • Exceptional organizational, project management and time management skills
