Job Description

Lead Compensation Analyst role supporting executive and broad-based compensation activities across the U.S. Requires deep technical expertise and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior-level compensation expertise and hands-on support to the Compensation Leader.
  • Independently manage executive and broad-based compensation activities.
  • Handle incentive plan design, market pricing, job evaluation, and compensation governance across the U.S.
  • Bring deep technical expertise and exceptional analytical skills.
  • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leverage previous executive compensation experience and hands-on compensation design experience.

Requirements:

  • Conduct benchmarking, competitive analyses, and internal equity reviews for executive and near-executive roles.
  • Prepare leadership-ready materials and support compensation recommendations.
  • Design and/or refine Variable Incentive Plans (VIP) and Sales Incentive Plans (SIP).
  • Build costing and performance models; draft plan documents and governance guidelines.
  • Perform job matching, market pricing, and pay range analysis using multiple survey sources.
  • Support survey submission strategy and maintain market reference architecture.
  • Review job descriptions, level roles to the future state job architecture, and provide slotting and titling recommendations.
  • Support career framework consistency and pay equity guardrails.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on federal, state, and local compensation requirements (e.g., pay transparency, FLSA).
  • Ensure compensation processes and documentation meet audit and compliance standards.
  • Partner with the Compensation Leader to enhance compensation tools, templates, pricing models, and workflows.
  • Develop user-friendly resources for HRBPs, TA, and business leaders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders.
  • Communicate complex compensation concepts in clear, concise, and actionable ways.
