Job Description
Director of German Desk at OERTZENGroup managing client portfolios and driving business development efforts. Responsible for building relationships and closing deals in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects
- Grow this portfolio by winning new business
- Collaborate with operations team to complete client mandates
- Contract negotiation, overseeing recruitment lifecycle, project management
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through periodic follow-up
- Participate as subject matter expert for talent acquisition in speaker panels abroad
- Utilize and maintain CRM to build opportunity funnel and close deals
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management
- Must be a native German speaker
- High energy, determination, and resilience
- Proven track record of sales results in a B-to-B environment
- Strong desire to be a top performer within a winning team
- Excellent communication skills - including verbal, written, listening, and questioning
- Willing and able to travel internationally and domestically
