Job Description
Director of Growth Marketing & Demand Generation leading global marketing strategy and execution for AI-powered consultancy. Driving high-impact demand generation programs with advanced AI tools and co-marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Translate overall company growth marketing strategies into actionable, integrated demand generation programs across digital, events, content, and partner channels.
- Oversee and deploy the ~$1M marketing budget, managing full-time UK assets and global agency/creative contractors to maximize efficiency.
- Embed advanced AI landscape tools and agentic capabilities into marketing workflows to accelerate high-volume content production and campaign delivery.
- Build, launch, and optimize high-targeted ABM initiatives tailored to priority enterprise accounts to maximize commercial pipeline.
- Drive scaled co-marketing relationships and channel visibility alongside key strategic partners (Salesforce, Adobe, OpenAI, Databricks).
- Maintain rigorous real-time enablement and tracking of campaign metrics, focusing heavily on lead-to-cash conversion rates and marketing-sourced pipeline.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of B2B marketing leadership, demand generation, or marketing operations experience.
- Prior experience working within a service-based business or a fast-paced marketing agency environment.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with modern marketing technologies and a deep understanding of the AI tool landscape (specifically Claude or similar LLMs).
- Comprehensive knowledge of emerging attention trends and experience leveraging unconventional B2B channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, AI Search).
- Proven track record of executing successful co-marketing strategies or working within major tech partner channels.
