Job Description
Director of Marketing leading campaigns, brand strategy, and growth initiatives for Bristol Hospice, a nationwide hospice-care provider. Managing content, vendors, market launches, and cross-functional marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple lines of business
- Develop marketing strategies supporting organizational growth, brand awareness, and business objectives
- Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and project scope for marketing initiatives
- Oversee creation of brochures, handbooks, presentations, sales collateral, and promotional content
- Write and edit marketing and communication copy
- Maintain and strengthen Bristol Hospice's brand identity across channels and materials
- Partner with business development, operations, and executive leadership teams on strategic growth initiatives
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, printers, advertisers, and marketing service providers
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, marketing activity, and industry trends
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Support new market launches, mergers, rebranding efforts, and nationwide promotional campaigns
- Build relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners
- Supervise and mentor marketing support staff and project team members as assigned
- Represent Bristol Hospice at industry and community events as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of branding and marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience developing and executing successful marketing initiatives
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking
- May be required to occasionally travel local and long-distance with or without notice
- Strong leadership and multi-tasking skills
