Job Description

Quota-carrying sales role focused on partnership revenue generation for a virtual workplace platform. Leading sales cycles and closing complex deals with enterprise partners in the contact center industry.

Responsibilities:

  • This is a quota-carrying sales role, not partnership management.
  • You'll own the full sales cycle for partnership-sourced deals, close co-sell opportunities with CCaaS partners, and build the sales motions that get partners actively selling our platform.
  • You'll spend most of your time closing deals sourced through partnerships.
  • That means prospecting with CCaaS partners (Webex, NICE, Genesys, Five9), building a qualified pipeline, running joint sales calls, delivering product demos to enterprise buyers, negotiating contracts, and hitting your sales number.
  • You'll also create the sales tools partners need: co-sell playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, and ROI models that win competitive deals.
  • You'll train partner sales teams on how to sell our platform.
  • You'll negotiate partnership agreements focused on revenue commitments and deal registration.
  • You'll identify new integration partnerships based purely on sales potential and speed to close.
  • And you'll work cross-functionally to structure proposals and pricing for complex multi-party deals.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in partnership sales, channel sales, or enterprise sales with consistent quota attainment
  • Proven track record closing deals ($500K+) sourced through technology or channel partnerships
  • Deep knowledge of CCaaS platforms and contact center technology
  • You've built co-sell sales programs and can show the revenue they generated
  • Technical enough to deliver compelling product demos and discuss platform integrations with buyers
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (partner, reseller, end customer)
  • You've launched partnerships that generated a qualified sales pipeline within 30-60 days
  • Existing relationships in the CCaaS or BPO sales ecosystem are strongly preferred
  • Comfortable selling to enterprise contact center and BPO decision-makers.
