Job Description

Director of Sales Enablement developing and managing comprehensive training programs for sales teams. Driving sales effectiveness through process alignment and enablement tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Dream up and roll out a top-notch sales enablement program—think tools, processes, cool training programs, and even accreditations. You’ll own the 6-12-18 month roadmap.
  • Build and manage enablement tools and resources that help our sales teams bring in the wins.
  • Line up our sales process with how our clients buy, so we can boost speed and close more deals at every stage.
  • Dig into what people and teams need to get even better—then create targeted plans and programs to level up everyone’s skills.
  • Speed up the time it takes for new hires to ramp, and help everyone else keep sharpening their skills with smart, ongoing training.
  • Create a standout onboarding experience, working with teams across Cyderes.
  • Team up with Sales Leaders to pinpoint training needs and make sure every team is firing on all cylinders.
  • Turn business needs into tech-powered solutions through our tech stack.
  • Handle a little light system admin and vendor wrangling as needed.
  • Help fine-tune our Sales methodologies and system gates to simplify their execution and allow for scale.
  • Create awesome, ready-to-go training materials and playbooks.
  • Inspire a coaching culture, boost adoption of new ideas, and make sure we’re always getting better together.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years leading Sales Development Enablement managers, with a track record of growing enablement pros
  • Love for entrepreneurial, ever-changing environments—you’re resourceful, strategic, and go all-in for excellence
  • Real empathy for what Account Executives do day to day, and a knack for picking projects that’ll really move the needle for sales reps
  • Know how to use tech and learning strategies to make training fun, effective, and memorable
  • 3+ years directly enabling Sales Development reps
  • Experience in software or tech is a plus!
  • Skilled at building relationships across departments—people just like working with you
  • Super organized and a top-notch communicator
  • Time up to 20% of the time.
