Job Description
Partner Sales Manager focusing on strategic projects and aligning with outsourcing client relations while fostering career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain an active network of commercial partners, acting as a business consultant for resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
- Monitor performance indicators, productivity, and conversion rates for each channel, ensuring commercial targets are met.
- Develop and implement expansion plans to maximize profit and sales, working collaboratively with partners.
- Provide ongoing support to partners through educational materials and training on products and sales techniques.
- Act as a hunter—proactively identifying and offering benefit solutions to partners, strengthening indirect sales channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
- Participation in sales communities or professional networks related to the technology sector and indirect sales.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-changing environments with a focus on results and professional growth.
- Clear and effective communication, collaboration and influencing skills, strategic thinking, proactivity, and autonomy.
- Proven experience in indirect channel sales with a strong focus on results and targets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, for account management and sales tracking.
- Excellent interpersonal communication with the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple demands efficiently.
- Proactivity: actively seeking opportunities and improvements, with the initiative to lead new projects and initiatives.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Basic knowledge of fintechs or financial products, although not required.
- Familiarity with reseller and distributor sales dynamics, promoting joint growth.
