Job Description
Director of Sales overseeing regional sales activities to meet objectives for healthcare solutions. Leading sales management efforts while cultivating high-level customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced sales experience to direct, oversee, and control regional sales activities
- Directs and oversees regional sales activities to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
- Leads operational efforts through subordinates to ensure effective achievement of goals
- Develops, updates, and implements a Regional Business Plan to maximize sales goals
- Cultivates high level customer relationships to promote the company’s position in dialysis providers
- Keeps senior management informed regarding variances to sales budget
- Contributes to the development of sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of related experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales required; includes 5+ years of experience in sales management
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management through diplomacy and tact
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong project management skills.
