Job Description

Director of Sales managing US sales organization for SaaS platform. Leading a team of Account Executives to achieve revenue targets while driving collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver US revenue targets
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Drive execution across the full sales cycle
  • Build high-performance sales culture
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Hire and onboard top sales talent

Requirements:

  • High-performing SaaS sales leader with experience in ownership of revenue targets
  • Experience in leading and coaching Account Executives
  • Strong forecasting and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to drive execution across the full sales cycle in a high-velocity SMB motion
  • Experience supporting multi-stakeholder, higher-ACV SMB deals
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
