Job Description
Director of Sales managing US sales organization for SaaS platform. Leading a team of Account Executives to achieve revenue targets while driving collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver US revenue targets
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Executives
- Drive execution across the full sales cycle
- Build high-performance sales culture
- Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Hire and onboard top sales talent
Requirements:
- High-performing SaaS sales leader with experience in ownership of revenue targets
- Experience in leading and coaching Account Executives
- Strong forecasting and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to drive execution across the full sales cycle in a high-velocity SMB motion
- Experience supporting multi-stakeholder, higher-ACV SMB deals
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
