Job Description
Director of Sales leading sales teams for a tech company focused on closing the justice gap through technology. Responsible for developing national strategies and maximizing revenue across territories.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets
- Provide visionary leadership and coaching to a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives
- Collaborate strategically with Customer Success leadership to maximize customer retention
- Design and implement effective territory management strategies and action plans
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven track record of 7+ years in progressive sales leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and processes
- Deep understanding of full-cycle sales processes and CRM systems
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development skills
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy
