Job Description

Director of Trade Marketing at Vivazen, driving retail velocity and executing commercial strategies. Overseeing channel programs and retail activation initiatives for high-growth beverage brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national retail and channel activation plans aligned to commercial priorities.
  • Oversee the forecasting, sourcing, and deployment of execution materials and in-market assets.
  • Build customer-facing decks, one-pagers, and toolkits that support sell-in and improve retail performance.
  • Design account-level programs and activation plans that strengthen visibility and throughput.
  • Manage retail initiatives including displays, placements, partnership activations, and in-store events.
  • Deliver performance reporting such as pre/post analysis, velocity trends, and ROI recaps.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Field, and Key Accounts to ensure clean deployment and in-market execution.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and operational workflows with discipline.
  • Conduct periodic field visits to understand retailer needs and validate execution.
  • Improve internal systems, communication, and processes to support a fast-moving commercial organization.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in commercial activation, shopper strategy, retail execution, or related CPG commercialization roles.
  • Strong experience in high-velocity consumer categories.
  • Proven record building and deploying retail programs in C-store, specialty retail, or large-format channels.
  • Experience blending big-brand rigor with small-company adaptability.
  • Ability to build ROI recaps and use data to inform commercial decisions.
  • Skilled in project management, budget ownership, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong communicator with cross-functional alignment experience across Sales, Field, Brand, and Finance.
  • High accountability, urgency, and follow-through.
