Job Description

Marketing Specialist responsible for executing and optimizing marketing programs driving brand awareness and lead generation. Collaborating cross-functionally with teams to deliver integrated campaigns across channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimize marketing programs driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage marketing content including emails, website pages, case studies, and blogs
  • Plan and support industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
  • Manage and optimize digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, and social media
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing or related role (B2B experience preferred)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
