Job Description

Marketing Manager optimizing paid acquisition at Sync.com, leading lifecycle marketing, team development, and campaign management across various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full acquisition journey from first click to paid conversion.
  • Manage significant ad spend across multiple markets including Google Ads and Meta.
  • Build landing pages that convert and run A/B tests continuously.
  • Drive email and lifecycle marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Lead and develop a marketing team by setting expectations and holding accountable.
  • Collaborate across product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment towards growth goals.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years in digital marketing with at least 2 years managing paid acquisition.
  • SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • B2B, B2C, or prosumer experience.
  • Enjoy writing headlines, ad copy, landing page copy, email subject lines.
  • Performance-obsessed with knowledge of ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and MRR impact.
  • Capable of building landing pages in HubSpot and troubleshooting attribution issues.
  • Analytically rigorous with ability to segment data and extract real insights.
  • Organized and curious, able to manage multiple campaigns and stay updated with market trends.
