Job Description
Director of Project Controls overseeing project controls function and ensuring effective project management in renewable energy infrastructure. Leading teams in cost management and performance enhancement.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the Senior Director of Project Controls and works collaboratively with the Director of Scheduling in leading the project controls function across all projects.
- Provides leadership and oversight for cost management, earned value management, forecasting, change management, and project management fundamentals.
- Ensures consistency and accuracy in project controls practices across business units.
- Drives continuous improvement in systems, tools, and processes to enhance project performance and reporting.
- Provides leadership and mentorship to project controls team members to support successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering/Engineering Management, or related field required.
- 10 or more years of progressive experience in project controls, including cost control, forecasting, and risk analysis.
- 7 or more years of leadership experience managing project controls teams is required.
