Job Description
Sales Team member expanding client base and increasing sales of CORE client's products. Collaborating to develop sales plans and managing sales processes via CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- As a member of the Distribution Sales Team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and increasing sales.
- Your primary responsibility will be to sell CORE client's products to both new and existing customers, targeting operators within your assigned territory.
- You will collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales plans, ensuring we meet our targets.
- Additionally, you will manage the entire sales process through our CRM system, fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative environment.
- A results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and events.
- A positive and resilient attitude, able to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
- Basic understanding of the industry and its trends is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel purposes.
