Job Description
Driver Onboarding Specialist responsible for successful onboarding of new drivers for Muvr. Managing documentation and training processes while ensuring compliance with standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from approved applicant to first completed job.
- Guide drivers through documentation, background checks, training, and app setup.
- Ensure drivers clearly understand expectations, policies, and service standards.
- Verify driver documentation and onboarding requirements for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure onboarding processes meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Identify friction points in the onboarding journey and implement improvements.
- Work closely with Driver Acquisition to improve funnel handoffs.
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of experience in onboarding, operations, support, or training roles.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple applicants and tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort working with operational metrics and tools.
