Job Description

Onboarding Specialist managing onboarding and implementation projects for Paystone’s Datacandy product line. Collaborating with sales, account management, and clients for successful product adoption and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and implementation projects for new clients
  • Coordinate a warm client handoff from sales to onboarding
  • Lead the onboarding process for new enterprise clients
  • Establish onboarding project goals, deliverables, required resources, timelines and budgets in collaboration with new clients
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations throughout the onboarding process
  • Stay up to date on industry trends

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in Marketing, IT or a related field
  • 3 years or more of client-facing onboarding experience, preferably in the Saas industry, loyalty an asset
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level client projects and delivering successful onboarding experiences
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Project management courses or certification (CAPM or PMP) an asset
