Job Description
Financial customer experts supporting Dutch-speaking clients for Mercier Consultancy Group, an international staffing and BPO firm. Handling financial inquiries, transactions, portfolios, and client service remotely from Greece.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level financial support and guidance to Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Manage and resolve complex financial inquiries, maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.
- Act as a brand ambassador for financial partners, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Navigate sophisticated financial software platforms to maintain accurate documentation and client portfolios.
- Participate in specialized financial training to stay updated with industry regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize service workflows within the broader finance industry.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when processing transactions and sensitive financial data.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Professional proficiency in English to function effectively within an international office setting.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition into one of our many Dutch-speaking jobs in Greece.
- A strong interest in the finance industry with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle financial queries with empathy and technical precision.
