Job Description
Dutch-speaking GenAI content trust and safety experts evaluating AI outputs for Mercier Consultancy Group’s social media clients. Annotating content, detecting risks, and improving moderation workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and annotate content generated by AI models to ensure accuracy, safety, and brand alignment within the social media industry.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, potential risks, and violations of community guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve GenAI training data quality and performance.
- Provide detailed feedback on AI output to mitigate bias, misinformation, and harmful content.
- Monitor and manage user-reported content to maintain a high standard of trust and safety across social media channels.
- Stay updated on evolving social media policy frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of content safety protocols and moderation workflows.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
- A strong interest in the social media industry and the ethical development of GenAI technology.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make objective, policy-based decisions.
- Proficiency in English for reporting and team communication.
- A proactive mindset suitable for thriving in one of the most dynamic jobs in Greece.
