Job Description
Email/Chat Support Representative assisting customers via email and live chat. Providing information about products, orders, and services for a transportation company.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
- Provide information about products, orders, and services
- Document customer interactions in internal systems
- Assist customers with order updates and basic troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks
