Job Description
Email Marketing Manager responsible for executing email marketing strategies and enhancing customer journeys. Crafting campaigns that nurture leads and boost conversions through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.
- Segment audiences for personalized and behavior-based campaigns.
- Manage and maintain email databases to ensure accuracy, list health, and deliverability.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve performance.
- Monitor and report on key email metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates).
- Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Work with sales and marketing teams to align email strategies with business goals.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce compelling, on-brand email content.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data.
- Continuously refine segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies.
- Stay updated on email marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging tools.
- Explore integrations with CRM, website, and paid marketing channels to enhance results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, automation, and deliverability best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Preferred: Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or digital advertising (a plus but not required).
