Job Description
Email Marketing Manager owning Klaviyo email and SMS strategy for 5-7 international e-commerce brands. Managing campaigns, automations, testing, optimization, compliance, and client reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute email and SMS marketing strategies for 5-7 e-commerce brands using Klaviyo and related platforms
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from strategy and setup through launch, QA, and post-campaign analysis
- Act as the primary client contact by joining meetings, sharing weekly performance reports, and responding to questions over Slack and email
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and technicians to launch campaigns accurately and on schedule
- Monitor and optimize performance across open rates, click-through rates, and revenue contribution
- Run A/B tests, manage segmentation, and build automations that improve engagement and conversions
- Ensure every campaign meets quality and compliance standards, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR requirements
- Manage tasks and timelines using structured workflows in ClickUp and Slack to keep projects on track
- Drive measurable improvements in engagement metrics and revenue attribution across assigned accounts
- Deliver campaigns and automations on time and error-free, meeting QA and compliance standards
- Execute A/B testing and optimization initiatives that produce documented performance gains
- Maintain clear, reliable client communication and reporting that builds trust and strengthens long-term relationships
- By day 30, become fully onboarded onto 2-3 accounts and shadow campaign delivery
- By day 60, independently run campaigns across the full book of 5-7 brands
- By day 90, identify optimization opportunities and lead client conversations with minimal oversight
Requirements:
- 3.5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce email and SMS marketing
- Strong Klaviyo expertise; certification preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously without letting execution quality slip
- Deep understanding of email and SMS automation, segmentation, and customer journey mapping
- Comfortable reviewing designs in Figma
- Experience working with project management tools such as ClickUp and Slack
- Strong written and spoken English with confidence in client-facing communication
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to spot issues, recommend improvements, and act on insights
- In-house email marketing experience at a fashion or apparel brand is a strong plus
- Experience with Postscript, Attentive, or subscription platforms such as Recharge or Bold is a plus
- Structured and detail-oriented, comfortable managing overlapping deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
- Portfolio or work samples welcome but not required
- Ability to work 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM UK, Monday–Friday
- Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR requirements
