Job Description
Email Marketing Coordinator producing responsive campaigns for home improvement and eCommerce consumer brands. Building, testing, and refining template-based emails across desktop and mobile devices.
Responsibilities:
- Build responsive marketing emails in Stripo, Klaviyo, or similar drag-and-drop email builders using approved copy, images, layouts, links, and brand guidelines
- Recreate email designs and templates accurately
- Update and repurpose existing email modules and templates while maintaining brand consistency
- Format email components including text, images, buttons, backgrounds, dividers, product sections, spacing, and layout elements
- Ensure emails display correctly across desktop and mobile devices
- Perform quality assurance checks including proofreading, link validation, image verification, alt text, personalization fields, formatting, spacing, and layout consistency
- Prepare emails for internal review and implement requested revisions
- Manage multiple email production requests while meeting deadlines
- Organize creative assets, templates, project files, and naming conventions according to team standards
- Communicate proactively when campaign briefs, assets, links, or instructions are incomplete or unclear
- Follow accessibility standards, production workflows, and brand guidelines
- Join the marketing team of a well-established home improvement and eCommerce company expanding consumer brands and digital presence
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in email production, digital marketing, web content production, graphic production, or a related field
- Hands-on experience using Stripo, Klaviyo, or another drag-and-drop email builder
- Strong attention to detail when identifying inconsistencies in formatting, links, copy, spacing, and imagery
- Ability to follow established templates, workflows, and brand standards
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects
- Basic understanding of responsive email design and rendering across devices and email clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Proactive mindset and confidence to ask questions when necessary
- Experience building production-ready marketing emails
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and production workflows
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting formatting issues is preferred
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design software is a plus
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong proofreading and quality control skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams is an advantage
- Relevant internships, coursework, or portfolio projects may be considered alongside professional experience
