Job Description

EMEA Implementation Partner Manager responsible for onboarding and enabling implementation partners. Overseeing partner delivery in alignment with LogicGate's channel-first strategy in EMEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end onboarding process for new implementation partners
  • Lead training sessions to ensure partner consultants achieve appropriate enablement
  • Act as the primary technical reviewer for partner-led projects
  • Host recurring update calls with key partners to track project progress
  • Assist our partners in the critical handoff from Implementation Services to Customer Success

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Partner Success within a SaaS or GRC environment
  • Deep understanding of GRC platforms (Risk Cloud experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, review SOWs, and track project financials
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in the EMEA time zone
