Job Description
Service Director overseeing LMS Field Operations in EMEA for global leader in life sciences. Focus on profitable service revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and team management in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all LMS Field Operations related to Service
- Profitable growth of service revenue
- Installation of new and demo equipment in EMEA
- Service contract field repairs and warranty repairs
- Managing an organization of 120 staff
- Actively pursuing customer feedback for satisfaction
- Maintaining knowledge of contractual obligations
- Optimizing regional Service P&L to achieve financial objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree a plus
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a global organization
- Experience managing and developing customer-facing organizations
- Previous experience managing a field service organization strongly preferred
- Previous experience managing customer relationships strongly preferred
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 40% within EMEA
