Job Description
Engagement Manager leading high-impact projects at Scimitar, a boutique consulting firm. Managing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions in the life sciences sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute client projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with client stakeholders
- Use data-driven analysis to diagnose client challenges and develop innovative solutions
- Lead project teams, ensuring open communication and collaboration
- Identify opportunities to add value and support business development initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of consulting or business management experience (7+ years in lieu of advanced degree)
- At least 3+ years in the life sciences sector
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Expertise in Program Management, Organizational Strategy, Analytics, Digital Transformation, or related areas
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools and LLMs to improve project delivery
