Job Description
Engineering Manager for AI & Data Analytics at Kindsight, focused on designing and deploying advanced AI solutions with a strong collaborative approach.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable AI solutions
- Lead end-to-end model development
- Mentor junior engineers
- Partner with product and engineering teams
- Stay current on emerging AI trends
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ethical solutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong focus on AI/ML
- Demonstrated experience in having launched and scaled AI products
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
- Experience with large-scale model deployment and optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with generative AI
- Hands-on experience with vector databases
- Familiarity with CRMs, ERPs, or launching products on Salesforce
