Job Description
Engineering Manager leading a team to build and scale high-quality software in retail media orchestration. Collaborating with product, design, and stakeholders for well-delivered outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of talented engineers to build, scale, and operate high-quality software systems.
- Create an environment where engineers can do their best work—balancing execution, technical excellence, and long-term sustainability.
- Focus on growing individuals and teams while ensuring reliable delivery and continuous improvement.
- Help set technical direction, establish healthy engineering practices, and remove obstacles.
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing software engineering teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver customer-impacting product initiatives
- Track record of hiring, mentoring, and performance-managing engineers across levels.
- Experience with Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis, MySQL, Postgres, and Django.
- Ad platform API expertise (Facebook, Google, Pinterest, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps.
- 7 to 10+ years total engineering experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
