Job Description
Engineering Manager leading Mural's enterprise security product suite. Driving technical direction and team ownership for critical security features and integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical execution hands-on
- Ship the security roadmap
- Build a team with clear ownership
- Partner deeply with Product
- Maintain enterprise-grade operational excellence
Requirements:
- Enterprise security product experience (required)
- Deep technical expertise: 5+ years shipping production code, ideally with Node.js/TypeScript and React
- Engineering leadership experience: 2+ years managing a team of at least 3 engineers
- Outcome-oriented and experimental with AI
- Ownership and pathfinding
- Remote-first fluency
