Job Description
Enrollment Marketing Consultant guiding enrollment marketing strategies for higher education institutions. Collaborating with clients to drive measurable enrollment growth and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Work in the trenches with VisionPoint’s college and university partners
- Co-create or steward data-driven enrollment marketing solutions
- Share actionable sector insights
- Make real-time adjustments to shifting institutional and market dynamics
- Ensure full-funnel impact from brand-level awareness and demand generation through application growth and yield optimization
- Act as a consultative business partner using expertise in enrollment marketing and relationship management
- Monitor relevant news and events of assigned clients to serve as strategic consultants
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in account and client relationship management in marketing
- Experience leading projects involving paid digital and traditional advertising, SEO, and analytics ideally enrollment marketing specifically
- Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time to help establish, build, and maintain client relationships
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Proven success in the expansion and renewal of owned accounts
- Demonstrated experience galvanizing both internally and externally
- Critical thinker with the ability to deliver high-caliber, strategic solutions
- Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Ability to work and manage stress in high pressure situations or ambiguity
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel/spreadsheets, and comfortable learning new software as needed
