Job Description
Enterprise Account Executive joining high-growth AI company transforming compliance solutions. Building US market presence and driving revenue with strategic enterprise sales.
Responsibilities:
- Build the US GTM motion: define outreach strategies, shape pipeline, and open key enterprise doors
- Drive revenue growth: lead enterprise conversations from discovery through to close
- Consult and demo: translate complex AI capabilities into business value
- Be the market voice: surface insights and influence product roadmap
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Represent Haast at industry events
Requirements:
- A builder’s mindset
- Enterprise sales pedigree: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Industry fluency: Understanding compliance in regulated industries
- Clear communicator: Distilling complex concepts
- Start-up mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity
- AI-curious: Fascination with technology shift
