Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive joining high-growth AI company transforming compliance solutions. Building US market presence and driving revenue with strategic enterprise sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the US GTM motion: define outreach strategies, shape pipeline, and open key enterprise doors
  • Drive revenue growth: lead enterprise conversations from discovery through to close
  • Consult and demo: translate complex AI capabilities into business value
  • Be the market voice: surface insights and influence product roadmap
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Represent Haast at industry events

Requirements:

  • A builder’s mindset
  • Enterprise sales pedigree: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Industry fluency: Understanding compliance in regulated industries
  • Clear communicator: Distilling complex concepts
  • Start-up mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity
