Job Description
National Sales Consultant driving sales growth across direct sales operations nationwide. Focused on operational support and coaching for sales organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Field Leadership & Operational Support.
- Conduct in-market visits and ride-alongs with sales teams.
- Support direct sales and event marketing operations.
- Provide real-time coaching to sales reps and leaders.
- Reinforce execution standards, professionalism, and accountability.
- Evaluate market performance and operational effectiveness.
- Help improve team morale, energy, and culture.
- Analyze sales trends and identify performance gaps.
- Help partners with growth planning and forecasting.
- Assist with territory optimization and market expansion initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of direct sales experience required.
- Experience in door-to-door, events, telecom, wireless, fiber, solar, or other high-volume B2C sales environments strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and influence sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, recruiting, and field operations.
- Ability to travel regularly and work independently in the field.
