Job Description

Field Sales Executive at Mondelēz International responsible for developing relationships and driving business performance. Focused on sales capabilities and maximizing Perfect Stores in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop healthy and sustainable relationships with all customers in your portfolio.
  • Utilize sales capabilities to execute for base, NPD and promotional activity.
  • Carry out comprehensive and timely analysis of business performance for all customers in your portfolio and take corrective action to ensure delivery of agreed annual KPI’s.
  • Identify, win and maintain the maximum number of Perfect Stores in the customer base.
  • Proactively interact with field sales teams to ensure availability of stock.

Requirements:

  • Profesional en carreras administrativas, o afines.
  • 3 a 5 años mínimo de experiencia en el área comercial, manejando canal moderno en empresas de consumo masivo.
  • Manejo de Office, Excel a nivel intermedio, y análisis de dashboards en Power BI.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo, y proactividad.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio es un plus.
  • Excelentes habilidades de análisis de información, e inteligencia comercial.
