Job Description

Sales Executive responsible for building client relationships and achieving profitable growth for CVS Health. Managing business prospects and developing sales strategies across multiple market segments.

Responsibilities:

  • builds strategic partnerships with assigned producers and customers to achieve profitable growth
  • oversees targeted business prospects to develop new opportunities and cross sell business
  • identifies opportunities to partner with the client by illustrating a keen understanding of clients' needs
  • develops, executes, and communicates company objectives aligned with prospect’s objectives
  • coordinates sales materials and support from SMEs for client presentations
  • collaborates with underwriting to prepare competitive quotes
  • creates open enrollment plans with producers and plan sponsors
  • monitors industry information and competitive environment of the marketplace
  • collaborates with internal and external partners to uncover opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
  • persuasive presentation skills demonstrating value and moving client to purchase
  • deep understanding of business financials, products, and services
  • appropriate state health insurance license
  • ability to travel as needed in assigned territory.
