Job Description

Enterprise Sales Account Executive driving new business in cybersecurity startup. Own full sales cycle and build relationships with enterprise clients across the West Coast.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, targeting, to close for enterprise-level customers
  • Develop and execute regional account strategies to drive new business across the West Coast
  • Provide timely and accurate business forecasts to sales and executive management
  • Meet established contract volume and revenue targets for new business
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams to deliver tailored demos and solutions
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and security teams
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and virtual meetups
  • Contribute feedback to help shape product direction and go-to-market strategy
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of PlexTrac’s product, competitor products and technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (cybersecurity or DevSecOps experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-growth, high-velocity environment and motivated by uncapped earning potential
  • Strong understanding of security, risk, and vulnerability management concepts
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
  • A startup mindset—adaptable, resourceful, and excited to build something new.
