Job Description
Enterprise Sales Manager at Wealth.com driving growth within institutional financial advisory market. Responsible for securing large scale commitments and navigating complex sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Revenue Generation: Own the full sales lifecycle for institutional and enterprise prospects, driving net new revenue through a consultative and sophisticated sales approach.
- Network Led Pipeline Development: Independently identify and prospect new customers by leveraging your own professional network and established contacts within the wealth management and financial services sectors.
- Field Presence and Industry Leadership: Maintain a high profile presence at national industry trade shows and networking events to build brand authority and generate a consistent pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
- Complex Sales Execution: Deliver elite level demonstrations and presentations that address the specific operational needs of enterprise tier clients, emphasizing our superior AI and integrated estate planning technology.
- Multichannel Relationship Management: Navigate complex organizational structures to identify key stakeholders and economic buyers, building long term partnerships that go beyond a traditional vendor relationship.
- Collaborative Strategy: Partner with internal leadership and product teams to align outbound strategies with market demand and emerging industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven Enterprise Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of enterprise level sales experience, preferably within the fintech or wealth management space, with a documented history of achieving elite results.
- Deep Industry Network: An established and active book of contacts within major wealth management firms, broker dealers, and financial institutions is essential for success in this role.
- Entrepreneurial Discipline: A self starter who thrives in high energy environments and is capable of executing complex field plans and territory strategies independently.
- Exceptional Communication: Elite level negotiation and organizational skills are required to manage the intricacies of enterprise contracts and institutional procurement processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
