Job Description
Enterprise Solutions Engineer showcasing Cresta’s conversational AI and CCaaS platform to enterprise customers. Leading technical discovery, demos, proof-of-concept exercises, and ROI workshops.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify new sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements and converting them to Cresta technical requirements
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to discover prospects' situations and challenges
- Lead discovery calls with prospective customers and internal cross-functional teams
- Build and deliver product demos demonstrating Cresta's value
- Provide prospects with insights on improving contact center and customer experience operations
- Drive adoption during proof-of-value exercises by training managers and users
- Translate prospect use cases into technical solutions and demonstrate the path to ROI
- Run ROI workshops and develop financial business case proposals
- Manage technical validation activities, including proof-of-concept exercises and pilots
- Liaise between sales, customers, and Cresta's technical teams
- Provide field feedback to product management
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with 3–5 years in a technical pre-sales capacity supporting large enterprise sales cycles
- Deep hands-on expertise with Conversational AI and CCaaS platforms, helping customers modernize contact center operations
- Experienced with Salesforce.com, contact center infrastructure, and enterprise SaaS environments
- Natural problem-solver; resourceful in leveraging internal teams and cross-functional collaboration to move deals forward
- Fast learner with a passion for new technology and a talent for simplifying complexity for customers
- Must embody Cresta's core Operating Principles
- 2+ years of AI sales engineering experience (bonus)
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment (bonus)
