Job Description
Outbound talent specialist sourcing candidates for US startups and marketing agencies. Researching prospects, writing outreach, and optimizing replies using AI and sourcing tools.
Responsibilities:
- Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them
- Write and personalize outreach and test subject lines and openers to improve reply rates
- Post and promote roles to attract suitable applicants
- Review incoming applicants and shortlist candidates
- Organize the pipeline and follow up with candidates
- Use AI and sourcing tools at scale while maintaining a personal touch
- Track performance and adjust the approach based on results
- Work across roles and industries, particularly marketing and creative roles
Requirements:
- Entry-level role
- Strong written English
- Ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template
- Resourcefulness with new tools and limited scripts
- Organization and follow-through
- Competitive streak and self-motivation
- Comfort with basic metrics and testing/adjusting approaches
- Concrete example of using a tool, tactic, or automation to work smarter or hit a goal
- Bonus: background in lead generation, marketing, growth, sales, business development, or customer success
- Bonus: experience at a marketing or creative agency
- Bonus: hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, outreach, or prospecting tools
- Bonus: use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
- Bonus: language beyond English and Spanish
