Job Description
Project Manager delivering customized robotic warehouse automation projects for Movu Robotics. Managing budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and stakeholders across international implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the execution of international robotic automation projects from A to Z
- Deliver complex, customized solutions as an experienced project manager
- Organize project kick-offs and communicate objectives, structure, timelines, and approach
- Develop project plans, define milestones, and monitor task execution
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently
- Control budgets and ensure accurate invoicing
- Ensure quality standards for deliverables, interim validation, and final acceptance
- Monitor deadlines and anticipate changes to avoid delays
- Identify and manage scope, time, budget changes, and contract variations
- Assess and proactively manage project risks
- Define and track project success criteria
- Manage stakeholders and expectations transparently
- Organize and lead meetings with clear and consistent reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager
- Ideally experience within an intralogistics environment; strong project management experience in rail, energy, or aerospace (but not IT) can be considered
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- French and/or German is a strong plus
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies such as Prince2 and PMBOK is an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately 20% of the time
- Strong communication skills and hands-on approach
- Independent and autonomous, able to take ownership and drive results
