Job Description
Inhouse Consultant for Infoma ERP managing customer inquiries and support. Collaborating with users on financial accounting software in a dynamic remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for users of our Infoma software modules in financial accounting
- You analyze and classify customer inquiries and document reports in the ticketing system
- You handle general customer inquiries and resolve them via remote diagnosis with guidance
- For more complex issues, you collect all relevant data and information and prepare them for escalation to the next support level
- You regularly use our training, development, and certification offerings to continuously advance your skills
Requirements:
- You have vocational training or a degree in business administration, public administration, or taxation — or equivalent practical experience
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy contributing as a team player
- You present yourself in a customer-oriented and friendly manner and have a strong service mindset
- You demonstrate carefulness, commitment, and a willingness to learn new things
