Job Description
Providing technical support for product operations at VOLL. Supporting internal users and enhancing knowledge base for future inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Atendimento de chamados de suporte técnico de baixa complexidade para suportar o bom funcionamento do produto e áreas e usuários internos.
- Acompanhamento do atendimento de chamados de Média e alta complexidade para absorção de conhecimento.
- Produzir base de conhecimento para a equipe facilitando atendimento de chamados futuros.
- Apoiar a equipe com oportunidades internas de melhoria.
Requirements:
- Estar cursando faculdade na área de TI (Sistema de Informação ou cursos semelhantes) ou curso técnico de informática.
- Ser curioso, focado, flexível,
- Boa comunicação e senso de equipe são características fundamentais.
