Job Description

Event Project Manager coordinating end-to-end pharmaceutical events for BCD M&E. Ensuring compliance and managing stakeholder relations while leading project logistics and budgeting.

Responsibilities:

  • Have overall responsibility for the planning and execution of events in the UK and Overseas
  • Consult with stakeholders to gather all requirements for event solutions
  • Consistently apply expertise to clients
  • Manage external vendors and suppliers for event delivery
  • Financial responsibility of the event budget

Requirements:

  • End to end event delivery experience in pharmaceutical events
  • Comfortable guiding stakeholders, negotiating, contracting, and budget management
  • Proven end to end UK and overseas pharmaceutical event delivery experience
  • Proven Meeting Technology and Delegate registration knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail and budgeting management skills
  • Pharmaceutical compliance knowledge is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Ability to travel regularly in the UK and Overseas
