Job Description
Event Project Manager coordinating end-to-end pharmaceutical events for BCD M&E. Ensuring compliance and managing stakeholder relations while leading project logistics and budgeting.
Responsibilities:
- Have overall responsibility for the planning and execution of events in the UK and Overseas
- Consult with stakeholders to gather all requirements for event solutions
- Consistently apply expertise to clients
- Manage external vendors and suppliers for event delivery
- Financial responsibility of the event budget
Requirements:
- End to end event delivery experience in pharmaceutical events
- Comfortable guiding stakeholders, negotiating, contracting, and budget management
- Proven end to end UK and overseas pharmaceutical event delivery experience
- Proven Meeting Technology and Delegate registration knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and budgeting management skills
- Pharmaceutical compliance knowledge is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Ability to travel regularly in the UK and Overseas
