Job Description

IT Project Analyst role at Integer focusing on project financial management and PMO support. Engaging in financial tracking, reporting, resource management, and process compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project financial planning, tracking, forecasting, variance analysis and portfolio financial reporting.
  • Support resource time tracking processes, utilization reporting, and data accuracy audits.
  • Prepare PMO meeting materials, maintain action logs, and support portfolio governance activities.
  • Audit project artifacts and data for PMO compliance and support audit readiness activities.
  • Maintain and improve PMO templates, tools, and standards.
  • Serve as PMO Smartsheet Administrator, supporting project setup, templates, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT, PMO, project coordination, or financial analysis roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong accounting and financial management skills
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting a PMO or portfolio management function (preferred)
  • Experience in regulated environments (preferred)
  • Smartsheet user or administration experience (preferred)
