Job Description
Event, webinar, and podcast manager promoting ClinicMind’s AI-powered healthcare technology platform. Driving U.S. chiropractic lead generation through events, webinars, podcasts, and paid social campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the calendar and remote logistics for U.S. chiropractic conferences and trade shows
- Plan, produce, and moderate a recurring webinar series
- Own the podcast from guest booking through publication
- Run paid social campaigns to drive registrations and podcast growth
- Log, clean, and route every lead in the CRM within 48 hours
- Maintain non-negotiable data hygiene
- Use AI tools to automate content, lead processing, and reporting
- Build ClinicMind’s brand authority and generate qualified leads
Requirements:
- 5+ years managing B2B events or webinar programs
- Fluent, near-native English
- Comfort as an on-air host
- Experience marketing to U.S. audiences; chiropractic or healthcare experience is a plus
- Hands-on paid social advertising with measurable results
- Podcast production experience using Riverside, Descript, or similar tools
- Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Descript
- Quiet home studio
- Professional audio and video equipment
- Backup internet and power
- Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours
- Resume and one example of an event, webinar, or podcast produced, with results
