Job Description

Coordinator managing online, hybrid, and in-person events for Zoe Consulting. Leading event organization autonomously in a dynamic and collaborative remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and coordinate online, hybrid, and in-person events
  • Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and strategic partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders
  • Ensure operational excellence and deliver an outstanding participant experience
  • Monitor events in real time and manage post-event activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event coordination
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Organized and proactive approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with digital tools
