Job Description

Executive Assistant supporting operations of a fast-paced executive managing communications and optimizing schedules. Collaborating with an existing EA for effective operational flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Protecting the executive’s time
  • Managing communications
  • Ensuring smooth internal coordination
  • Managing and triaging incoming emails
  • Responding, redirecting, or declining requests on behalf of the executive
  • Acting as a gatekeeper for high-priority items
  • Managing and optimizing the executive calendar
  • Assisting in keeping internal workflows on track
  • Supporting coordination across team members
  • Ensuring follow-ups and tasks are completed
  • Working closely under an existing Executive Assistant
  • Learning systems and processes quickly (within ~2 weeks)
  • Transitioning into independent support after onboarding

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making ability
  • Ability to confidently say “no” on behalf of executive
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in structured, fast-paced environments
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • AI awareness or willingness to learn
  • Experience supporting high-level executives (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in fast-growing or high-demand environments (Nice to Have)
