Job Description

Executive Assistant supporting the CEO and COO of a physician-owned organization. Managing schedules, communications, and recruitment efforts using modern productivity tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support through calendar and email management, meeting coordination, and handling confidential communications
  • Manage administrative workflows including documentation, task tracking, and virtual meeting logistics
  • Conduct initial screening of job applicants and coordinate recruitment scheduling
  • Support CRM updates, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilize tools such as monday.com, Google Workspace, Zoom, HubSpot (or similar), and AI productivity tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with calendar/email management at an executive level
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and virtual meeting tools
  • Experience screening applicants or supporting recruitment processes
  • Preferred experience with monday.com or project/task management platforms
