Job Description
COO position responsible for driving execution across teams in an e-commerce business. Focused on operational performance while scaling toward €100m+ revenue by 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Drive execution across the company by working through existing senior leaders
- Bring structure, clarity, and prioritisation across teams
- Help align strong individuals with different perspectives and ensure decisions translate into action
- Ensure that what needs to get done, gets done, without unnecessary complexity
- Support the company as it scales to the next stage
- Work closely with CTO, ensuring systems are understood, adopted, and followed across the organisation
- Help introduce the right level of process and structure, without slowing the business down
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ecommerce / DTC businesses (must-have)
- Have been part of a scaling or transformation journey (e.g. significant growth phase)
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and strong personalities
- Strong people skills, able to build trust, navigate conflict, and create alignment
- Mature and grounded, able to bring calm and clarity in complex situations
- Fast-moving and pragmatic, able to act, not just plan
- Understands technology and is comfortable working alongside technical leadership.
